A straightforward approach to conservative screw access for implant-supported fixed complete dentures

      The following article describes a straightforward method of creating conservative screw access for implant-supported fixed complete dentures by using a modified tapered abutment analog, an apical drill, precut laboratory cutter shanks, and a fine-grit, torpedo-shaped tungsten carbide cutter.
