Comments on clinical behavior of posterior fixed partial dentures with a biologically oriented preparation technique: A 5-year randomized controlled clinical trial

      We have read with great interest the article authored by Dr Rubén Agustín-Panadero et al e-published in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry https://doi.org/10.1016/j.prosdent.2020.03.031. In this article, authors have compared biologically oriented preparation technique (BOPT) technique with standard tooth preparation technique using chamfer margins. We have a number of concerns over the methodology, results, and conclusion of this article. These are summarized in the following text:
