Concerns regarding the published article “Biocompatibility of self-adhesive resin cement with fibroblast cells” by Bandarra et al

      We read the recent paper published in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry titled “Biocompatibility of self-adhesive resin cement with fibroblast cells” by Bandarra et al

      with much interest. In this study, the authors determined that cytotoxicity and genotoxicity were induced by autopolymerized and light-polymerized resin cement in vitro by using cell viability and micronucleus assays, respectively. However, some theoretical concepts and guidelines are described for the correct understanding of the manuscript.
